Jakarta, 28 October 2014 – Andal Software, the producer of payroll application, announced today about its collaboration with TIS to launch ‘Andal PayMaster for Cloud’. Andal PayMaster for Cloud is a commitment of Andal Software to innovate continuously for enterprises in Indonesia. Andal PayMaster for Cloud service can be accessed through Cloud Berkembang (a product name that means ‘Developing Cloud’) managed by TIS.
Enterprises with employees below 150 are the main target for this cloud-based application. With the rental concept, expenditures will be recorded as operational cost; therefore, enterprises do not need to invest on software and other infrastructure, which is to costly when compare to purchase the software.
“Looking at Indonesia’s economic growth, and the growing number of start-up companies, the demand for payroll software will surely increase. This is why Andal sees that the need for rental application would be beneficial solution for start-up companies, even for companies with less than 150 employees,” said Indra Sosrodjojo, Director of Andal Software.
It was not easy for Andal Software to provide this service, considering the infrastructure and data center that need to be provided 24/7. Nonetheless, Andal Software accepted the offer from TIS to collaborate, and become the provider for cloud service and infrastructure solution, bringing its experience in many countries including Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, Jepang dan China.
TIS is an IT company first established in Japan, in 1971, and has business partners from many different industries, such as finance, distribution & retail, manufacturing, telecomunication, and government instintuitions.
TISI (Singapore) Pte.Ltd. is a subsidiary of TIS Japan, was established in 2012 to provide IT infrastructure and system developement services for Japanese customers as well as expanding its sales activities in ASEAN. Andal Software will be entering into cooperation with TIS(Singapore)Pte. Ltd. To provide rental software for payroll.

Requirements for Rental of Cloud Service Application
The application that is suitable for cloud service is software packages, as they can immediately be used and adjusted to the need of the customer by setting the parameter. Therefore, every enterprise will be using the same version of the software. This is much better than getting customized application that would need adjustments for each customer, therefore it would take longer to implement and the cost of the software is higher due to the time consumed in the development.
